Contemplative Prayer
Prayer does not change God.. God's Will for the world is perfect and does not need to be changed. Prayer changes us. It transforms those who pray. In fact, it is our primary means of transformation. Prayer, like worship, opens us up to the reality and presence of God. It does not require sound or even silent words.
